Geocache Description:

"X" Marks the Spot is an ideal beginner cache.  Very accessible, simple to find, and not too hidden from view.

"X" Marks the Spot is just off the greenbelt trail. It should be pretty easy to find without getting too dirty. As HockeyHiker19 notes, it is hidden amongst Pyracantha bushes, AKA firethorn. Searchers should be careful during their searches as these bushes, loaded with berries in winter, are also loaded with thorns. At the time we placed the cache the bushes were well-trimmed and allowed easy access.

If you have time you can explore the walking/running trail nearby. Or maybe bag a few other nearby caches. Cache originally included the following collectibles:

one wooden egg
one pumpkin eraser

The cache is marked with an "X" on top, hence, the name.
