Geocache Description:


This location gets its name from the many cat seen in the area. The SCT is a 14.7 mile long trail that runs through southern Westchester. Poison Ivy is common along the trail but I did my best to avoid it. Once I spotted 6 cats in this area. Nearby you can actually see a rail from the Old Put which I discovered today searching for a spot to place a cache. To see the rail begin at the cache. Then head down to the trail where about 15 feet north of the Clean Up After Your Dogs sign you will head 5 feet off trail about 10 feet before the group of trees. The rail is on the ground.
