Part Six of WT's 2012 Shotgun Start Event
One Sunday morning, I started from an SGL parking lot on 903. I took a couple turns here and there. Found a single track with teaberry growing all around me. I eventually spotted this old tree (check out the large nails in it) and scoped for a good hiding spot. I continued onward only to realize that I popped out near Ellen's Trail! Very cool indeed! When you find Ellen's trail, go through the large opening in the rhodis. There are blue blazes, but only on one side of the trees. This is the longest hike of all SS caches. I enjoyed it, and I hope you do too.
