The best views on the Hérou!
Le Hérou is een geklasseerde site met steile rotsen in een woest decor. Vanuit dit uitzichtpunt kan men deze plek prima bewonderen samen met de bochten die de Ourthe hier maakt.
Dit uitzichtpunt kreeg de naam Point de vue François Remy. François Remy heeft veel betekend voor de ontwikkeling van het toerisme in deze streek.
Wil je er een oppikker van maken dan parkeer je op de ruime parking van Le Belvédère anderhalve kilometer ten westen van het centrum van Nadrin.
Wil je een mooie wandeling maken dan is wandeling FR. François Remy een aanrader.
4,5 km - 1.15 uur - Moeilijk
'Route du Hérou'. Links af, 150 m na de kapel. Kort na «Ese Nouette» het kleine pad volgen, rechtsaf, 300 m klimmen en dan rechtsaf richting de Hérou. Links van de parkeerplaats lopen en ongeveer 200 m afdalen, vervolgens naar rechts. Wandeling 2 gaan volgen en weer terug naar Nadrin.
Als laatste wil ik nog meegeven dat de cache gemakkelijk verstopt is, het is niet nodig om gevaarlijke toestanden op te zoeken. Hou het veilig en let op de kinderen.
Hérou is a classified site with steep rocks in a savage landscape. From this viewpoint, one can admire this place perfectly with the curves that the Ourthe make here.
This viewpoint was called Point de vue François Remy. François Remy did much for the development of tourism in this region.
Want one pick up of it than you park in the large car park at Le Belvédère one mile west of downtown Nadrin.
Want a nice walk then walk FR. François Remy recommended.
4.5 km - 1.15 pm - Difficult
"Route du Hérou '. Left, 150 m after the chapel. Shortly after «Ese Nouette» the little path, turn right, 300 m climb and then turn right towards the Hérou. To the left of the parking lot and walk about 200 meters down, then to the right. Walk 2 to follow and back to Nadrin.
Finally, I would add that the cache easily clogged, it is not necessary to dangerous situations to search. Keep it safe and watch the kids.
