Geocache Description:

Welcome to Jasmine’s Short Crossing in Beechworth Victoria. Our daughter loves this place 'so much' we have named this cache for her. It is located on a path leading along the popular Spring Creek where some of the first alluvial gold and gems were recovered in the mid 1850’s.

It is a convenient location which takes in a number of caches starting at Lake Sambell and ending at Newtown Bridge. This is an open path that is often used by walkers so be wary when recovering this one.  It is easily accessible and the location will be no surprise.

At the start date the cache includes a number of trinkets, magnets, small koala and a trackable we are now passing on. A log book but you will need to bring a pen. The container is round and includes a screw lid.
