An easy Multi that will take you past a large Jackfruit tree.
At Waypoint one you will need to do a little maths to get the final coordinates
The cache is avalible from 06h00 to 22h00. The gate to the reserve and sport complex is sometimes left open overnight.
The gates are closed between Christmas and New Year
At Waypoint one there are two, 3 digit numbers on the sign. The top number = ABC and the bottom number = UVW
The Final can be found at S 29° 52.DEF E 030° 58.XYZ
DEF = ABC + 27
XYZ = UVW - 182
I have always found the Jackfruit an interesting fruit. The jackfruit is a species of tree in the Artocarpus genus of the mulberry family but is far far larger than the mulberry.
At Waypoint 2 you will come across a large jack fruit tree and may see fruit on it. What is very interesting is to see how the fruit grows off the trunk and large branches rather than off the end of branches like many other fruits. I guess if it grew on the end it would weigh the branches right down to the ground under the weight of the large fruit
Ripe jackfruit is naturally sweet with subtle flavouring. It can be used to make a variety of dishes, including custards and cakes.
