[2/24/2014 Update: After confirming it's still in place and consulting with the local geocaching gurus, I have decided to put the difficulty rating where I intended it to be originally. (See below.) To be fair to those coming henceforth, time and weather have made this one harder. End Update.]

I have set the difficulty to 2 and the terrain to 1.5, but it will be more difficult or less difficult depending on where one looks and how one approaches it. This one is easier than it looks and harder than it seems, or is it?

I think this one would be less fun if I gave a hint, but I will always gladly help those who ask.
