Cachers throughout the world are holding events to celebrate the auspicious and unique date of 12th December 2012. This event is South Yorkshire's contribution to the Geocaching Community's celebrations.
The venue is The Shoulder of Mutton on Top Road, Worrall, Sheffield, S35 0AQ. You only have to turn up, sign the log and log the event to be awarded the special 12-12-12 souvenir for your webpage, so come on, join your fellow cachers for good food, drink and social caching natter.
The event will start at 7pm and finish when you have all gone home. The pub has a large car park. We can recommend the food, which is available from 5.30pm. If you intend to partake of the menu, please mention it in your log so we can let the chef know how many to expect. Children are welcome.
If you come by public transport, take the No 57 bus service to Stocksbridge and get off in Worrall.
Everyone is welcome - come for as long as you wish. There will be a Christmas themed quiz to determine FTF.
