Support local busnesses through caching!
Founded in 2007, the Guam Regional Cachers are a local group dedicated to informing local business owners, government officials, and land owners about the economic benefits of Geocaching. Geocachers come to Guam from around the globe, putting valuable dollars into local hotels, restaurants, and stores. While here they rent cars and buy gas from local stations to go on their geo-hunts. Those who hide caches pump money into stores to buy supplies, as well as tourist shops for local trinkets to place in caches. They highlight Guam's natural and historical features and bring new faces to these spots with their caches. Caching keeps kids and teens out of gang violence, drugs, graffiti, and other mischief. In short, Geocaching provides enormous benefits to society and the local population. Join the Guam Regional Cachers and spread the word today! ***Congrats to Geofreqman for FTF!!***
