Welcome to Himeji
Himeji has been a city of commerce and industry in history because of the transportation node and the mild climate. There are many historical buildings such as Himeji Castle and Shoshazan Engyoji Temple. It is also a part of Harima coastal industrial zone facing the Seto Inland Sea.
Although above coordinates show the Himeji Kanko Navi Port (Tourist Information Center) located on the West side of JR central entrance gate, this cache is not placed there. Of course, you can obtain the valuable information from the Navi Port. In addition, you can borrow a bicycle for sightseeing from 9:00 to 16:00. Rental fee is free (As of 2012). Please refer the "Related Page" on this page. Please enjoy "SIGHTSEEING" not only geocaching.
When you go out the JR Himeji station, you will see the Himeji castle in the direction of the north. There is the wide road to the castle named "Otemae street". Another Himeji railway station (Sanyo-Dentetsu) and a bus terminal are located on the southern edge of the street. When you go to the castle on the sidewalk of the Otemae street, you will find this cache under a familiar object. Please bring your pen.

姫路へようこそ
姫路は歴史ある商工業都市です。姫路城をはじめとして歴史的建造物がたくさんあります。瀬戸内海に面している播磨臨海工業地帯の一角でもあります。
表示の座標は姫路駅の中央口にある観光案内所です。案内所は一階にあります。そこでは観光案内をしてもらえるのはもちろんのこと、観光向けにレンタサイクルの無料貸し出しを行っています(2012年現在)。時間は9時から16時までです。姫路市での観光を目的に自転車を借りて、ついでにジオキャッシングされてみてはいかがでしょうか。
JR姫路駅から出て北側を見ますと姫路城が望めます。お城までの距離はおよそ1kmです。広い道路が直線的に続いています。この道路は大手前通りといいます。大手前通りの西側最南端には山陽電鉄の姫路駅があります。書写山行き等のバスターミナルもあります。そして、お城に向かって進んでいけば見慣れたものの下にこのキャッシュはあります。ペンをお持ちください。
