A Bison in the Woods Traditional Cache

Back in 2004 when I started caching no one would have dared hide a bison in the woods. Anyone doing so would probably have been tarred and feathered or maybe hanged from their lanyard. Not anymore, they've become very popular, at least among hiders. I think it's because the experience of hiding one is far more enjoyable than searching for one. I know I had way more fun placing this cache than I've had searching for some of these.

Enough about the good old days. As the title suggests you're looking for a well camouflaged bison style container, hidden about a half mile from the recommended parking area which is at the corner of N Houston Rd and Rimrock Dr.

I spent quite a bit of time getting (what I hope) are good coordinates so you shouldn't have any trouble finding the cache but if you do, check the hint. Anyone that walks this far for a bison deserves to find it.

Note, while this cache is located within Palisades Park, it is near the boundary. Please respect the nearby private property. If you make a bee line from the parking area or worse try to approach from Grove Rd, you will likely be trespassing. Please don't do that. It's possible to get to the cache without leaving the park.
