Phil's FTF? Traditional Cache

A micro cache should be fun and a bit of a challenge.
Phil is a local cacher who I beat to a cache for the FTF. I have never met Phil but figured I'd place a cache that he may be able to grab before anyone else. This cache should be accessible 12 months out of the year...that's a hint. Those of you height challenged might need some assistance getting your hands on it but I'm 5'10" and had no issues. Please do not remove the container from its hiding place just open the cache, remove the log and then replace it after you have signed. Cache is well camouflaged so this might take you a few minutes. As always be nice to the environment, respect the outdoors, and practice CITO. There is no room for trackables and make sure you bring a quill.
