This cache is located at an historical marker along highway 89A that gives a brief history of Kanab and this area. It should be an easy stop and grab. You can learn about some early settlers and how Kanab got started and where the name Kanab comes from. There is also some information about early film making in the area.
You are looking for a small key holder with just a log so BYOP. This marker mentions another historial plaque in Kanab honoring Jacob Hamblin and Levi Stewart. These can be found at another cache location "I Spy A Levi".
