I was struggling on what to name this cache as I was placing it. So here is a little story for your amusement.
There is a self proclaimed neighborhood watch guy that patrols the area. He really needs a hobby, actually I have suggested to him geocaching only a time or two as I have been questioned on what my intentions or actions have been while hiding or searching a find.
Wouldn’t luck have it as I ran into him again as I was placing this nifty little P&G skirt lifter. Should be quick and easy peasy.
If you happen upon the nosy bike rider that tells you to stop for a citizen’s arrest, just send him back to the geocaching website and keep on caching.
