A British tower house-like Osaka club old bldg. was built in 1914.
It was destroyed by an accidental fire in 1922.
A current bldg. was rebuilt in 1924.
The empire navy commandeered this in 1945 under World War II.
After defeat of Japan, an occupation army made the requisition and was offered until it was untied on April 10th in 1952.
Now, this bldg. is accompanied by one of the concert halls for exclusive use of the main chamber music in Kansai.

1914年（大正3年）に創建された英国城館風の大阪倶楽部旧館
そのビルは1922年（大正11年）に失火のために焼失した。
1924年（大正13年）に現在の建物が再建された。
第二次世界大戦下の1945年（昭和20年）には帝国海軍がこれを徴用した。
日本の敗戦後、占領軍が接収をなし、1952年（昭和27年）4月10日に解かれるまで供された。
現在では、関西における主要な室内楽専用のコンサートホールの一つともなっている。
