Should be a relatively easy find off the bike trail. This cache is not in the state land area, and there is no need to hike into there. You can access the cache from the bike trail. Please follow Cannon Valley Trail use rules.
I decided for my birthday, I would celebrate by hiding my first MN geocache. Since my family moved to this area from Michigan we have enjoyed this trail and the surrounding area immensely. I thought this location would be a fitting spot for my first cache in the area. It's meant to be a kid friendly (although the terrain may be a little tough for very young kids) cache full of fun stuff, so let's try to keep it that way. Be sure not to wander beyond the wired fence, that area is hunting/gun range property. Thanks!
