This cache is a micro and only contains a logbook. Please be sure to bring writing equipment to sign the logbook. The area can often be busy with muggle activity, therefore extreme stealth may be required when removing the cache from its hide. It is also important that this cache is returned to the exact location it was found. Please be sure that it is laying flat, so to prevent it from being muggled.
This is another relaxing stop located along what was once known as the Canecutter Way. It can be accessed from the north by following the old Bruce Highway from Innisfail. Alternatively, you can get here from the south by turning into Silkwood and following the signs.
The park overlooks the tranquil Mena Creek and is a great starting point for a trip into the award winning 'Paronella Park'. There are public ammenities available, making it a great spot for a picnic or quick stopover while travelling. There is also a pub nearby where you can grab a refreshing drink or meal while having a chat with some of the locals.
