Geocache Description:

ETSC ? : Elgin Trail Short Cut. Don't you wish you had one of these on other parts of the trail. I know you were not expecting to come out again figuring on this anniversary event up at the north end of the trail that you were going to be done with the series, but I had planned to place these long ago.

But unfortunately never got around to doing this, until now ...

While maintaining the route, I always wanted to see where the sign would take me from the opposite end. And Today I did just that.

As oppose to posting a trail head as another way-point, you'll find that with these trail blazers, they appear hidden just as well as the vague path. To prevent being a nuisance geocacher, aim your GPS in the following direction to the next caches.
And you'll find the following:
'A Tree' N 42° 42.864 W 081° 11.593
'A Stake' N 42° 42.867 W 081° 11.640
'Another Tree' N 42° 42.891 W 081° 11.660
And of course the next cache N 42° 42.893 W 081° 11.673
Head west deeper into the trails aiming for the 3rd N 42° 42.924 W 081° 11.791
