Von der Ortsmitte in Schlanders (721 m) zunächst zum nordöstlichen Dorfrand und der Markierung 5 folgend kurz hinauf zum Waalweg (820 m). Nun auf der schönen breiten, eben verlaufenden Sonnenpromenade neben dem Köstenwaal unter Kastanienkronen in schönem Spaziergang westwärts bis zum Pulverturm, hier links hinab ins Dorf zurück zum Ausgangspunkt.
Dal centro di Silandro (721 m) in primo luogo al bordo nord-orientale del paese e in breve salita sul sentiero n° 5 fino al sentiero della roggia (820 m). Lì inizia il cosidetto Köstenwaal, cioè la roggia delle castanie. Ora sulla larga e piana Passegiata del Sole, accostata dalla roggia e sotto corone di castagno si cammina ovest fino alla polveriera di una volta. Girando a sinistra verso il paese si raggiunge di nuovo il punto di partenza.
From the center of Schlanders (721 m), first to the northeastern edge of the village, follow route 5 up to the irrigation channel “Waalweg” (820 m). Here begins the sun promenade, a beautiful wide flat path along the “Köstenwaal” under chestnut crowns in nice walk west to the Powder Tower, turn left down to the village back to the starting point.
