This cache has been archived.

Razz007: The time has come for the series to go. I wanted to open the area for other catchers to hide their own. Thanks to everyone who came to Cabot to find the caches! TTFN!

Geocache Description:

This is one of several caches in a series placed to commemorate one of my childhood games of all time.  I hope you enjoy it too.

Almost everyone has played the popular board game “Monopoly”, or at least has heard about it.  From the classic board design to the hundreds of other “opoly” spin-offs, is the best-selling board game in the world, sold in 103 countries and produced in 37 languages.

Mediterranean Avenue is the first property on a standard Monopoly board, and as such is impossible to land on before passing GO once. Mediterranean has the lowest rent in the game, but can be a fairly powerful tool. Like Baltic Avenue, it does not gain much rent easily. However, once hotels are built, they can be nasty surprises for those passing GO. These properties can also be crucial to causing a building shortage, due to their low building cost.

Mediterranean is visited the least of all spaces, partly due to the GO TO JAIL space, the effects of cards, and the impossibility of rolling a one.

You are looking for a small container hidden in traditional cacher fashion.  Please hide it back as you found it and if it needs attention, please let me know.
