Geocache Description:

The Taitung International Balloon Flying Festival is held at this location every summer. This is also the site of where people fly hang gliders and para gliders among the very beautiful and scenic mountains of Taitung. Be sure to get here early if you are planning on taking a balloon ride as they fly two times/day in the early morning and late afternoon.
