Geocache Description:

Located on Second Island in Grand Ledge, MI.  A nice walk to the West end of the island will take you to the cache.  Parking available at the East end of the island off of W. River St..  Stealth Required!

Stealth will be required on this cache!  Cache is a micro bison tube hanging in a concealed location.  Contents include a log and a tiny pencil.  

We saw this island while picking up some caches in the area and had to check it out.  It was a beatiful and windy November day when we planted this cache.  There were many muggles enjoying the island when we hid this one. Working as well oiled machine we had a lookout and planter.  It seemed to work well.

It's hard to beleive this tiny island hosted the Seven Islands Resort Hotel back in the 1870's, with a roller coaster on an island nearby. You can visit this site for more history if interested.  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Grand_Ledge
