Geocache Description:

This cache is placed in honor of the Come On Get Happy 2.0 Event (GC41JAE) on 01/19/2013

I found this container a while back, and it would be a good Happy cache.  It's a small container, and it's not one you would see often out geocaching.  Log only, please bring your own pen.  Please pull off the road completely and please be wary of traffic.  Muggles are probably not a factor out here, but you never know.

I heard someone speak about happiness, and I'd like to pass on his wisdom.
  • Happiness is a choice.  One has the power to choose happiness.
  • Happiness spreads.  The ripple effect spreads outwards, and one can be a force for creating happiness in others.
  • Happiness is a work ethic.  It doesn't come easy. One must work at it.
  • Happiness is an advantage.  Be happy with who you are and what you do, and success will follow.
The speaker also said that there are 5 simple actions that can help to train your brain for happiness.  His research team did lots of research and came up with the obvious answers that everyone knows, but not many practice.
  1. Every day, write down 3 things that you are grateful for.
  2. Journal your most meaningful experiences.
  3. Exercise.
  4. Meditate.
  5. Perform random acts of kindness.  Connecting with others improves both your happiness and the happiness of others.
