This cache is all about patience, timing, and of course math. This is a 2 stage Multi.
The logbook was given to us by a cacher named Trafficmaker.
You will need to get 2 pieces of information from the bridge, before you will beable to get to the final.
1- While the bridge is in a DOWN position, you will need the number of the HEIGHT RESTRICTION of the bridge that is posted with a yellow sign.
2- While the bridge is in the UP position, there is a bright yellow redirectional sign. You will need to count how many BLACK SQUARES around the edge of the sign.
Take the 2 numbers that you get and MULTIPLY them. Around off the number. Divide by 1000, and add it these coordinates.
