Afterwards, we stopped by here since this one is pretty difficult to DNF....and yep, unfortunately it is MIA. Since we no longer live in Cd'A, we are going to go ahead and archive this one. It's had a good run! 🐸

Geocache Description:

Oh Christmas Tree ....Charlie Brown Style!

This cache is one of the Christmas themed caches in our Oh Christmas Tree series. This cache was originally placed along the Prairie Trail in a Charlie Brown style evergreen tree. However, someone cut down that beautiful little tree, so we had to find another Charlie Brown tree to place this in ~ one that we loved just as much!! It took some time...and took us nearly 10 miles away from the original coordinates....but we finally found the perfect little replacement tree!!

The reviewers wouldn't just update the coordinates on this one, so I had to submit it as a new cache. However, this IS the same exact cache ~ not a new cache ~ same container, same log, same FTF, etc! The only difference is that, sadly, because someone cut down a tree and there were no other Charlie Brown trees in the vicinity, three years of this cache's history has been archived.

 Please do not remove the cache from the tree - instead, unscrew the container lid to get into the cache! Thank you!! We had this container and just thought that it was perfect for a Christmas themed cache! We'd appreciate it if trade items could remain Christmas themed if possible!
