Geocache Description:

This is the first cache hidden by BFE on the 21st day of a month (21.11.12 a palindrome date). There is a new BFE plan to have a cache hidden on each of the possible 31 days of a month. The plan requires future caches to be hidden on the days 22 and 23.

The small cache was hidden near the location of GC3Y4VQ 12.12.12. - The end of the Flippen 'Numbers (Event Cache) created by FLIPPER&CO and prior to 12 Dec 2012 as an incentive to solve the puzzle before attending the event.

Often a “fiddle factor” must be applied in complex engineering calculations to achieve the correct answer.
