Miss Steele: Unfortunately, this cache page has been archived due to the lack of a timely maintanence resolution. If the owner would like to have it reinstated, please contact me through my profile or email address within 10 days, referencing the GC code and name of the cache. Please note that un-archiving a cache page places it through the same review process as a newly proposed cache, using the cache placement guidelines currently in effect.

I want to thank you for the time that you have taken to contribute to geocaching in the past and look forward to seeing more of your caches up and running in the future.

Geocache Description:

There is no need to trade swag in this cache. If you see something you like, please take it! New cache items will be introduced every week and it should be fully stocked for your cache finding reward! Hohoho! This cache is a 5-gallon bucket that's appropriately decorated for a Christmas themed hide. Please make sure you replace the lid securely to keep contents safe and dry. Make sure you fill out log. There are special entry pages for the first few finders. Cache elevation is 4,547 feet.

This cache is placed to afford Deadwood of another great caching experience and primarily to help get children and elves in geocaching and being rewarded in their efforts! This is our first "large" cache, and we decided to tie it to a Christmas and winter theme. There are lots of stocking stuffers and Christmas trackables to be had and it will be kept fresh for finders through the holiday season. There is ample parking close to the cache, but beware of muggles! Use stealth, which can be difficult at times for a cache in a town location. Because of the ice and snow during winter, use caution and be safe trying to get to the cache. I'm putting the terrain at 2.5, but it could be a 3, depending on the wintry weather. It shouldn't be too easy to find Santa's Workshop, but if you have some elf blood in you, you'll get there. Good luck and thanks for attempting to find our cache!
