Geocache Description:

A micro at a scenic overlook on the Island of Antigua.

Willoughby Bay is a large indentation in the southeastern coast of Antigua. From this overview high above the bay you get a wonderful view South and a real appreciation of the size of the bay. 

   The cache is a micro (silver bison tube - larger than a standard bison tube) hidden beneath the walkway, on the road side, of a viewing "walk" provided by the Department of Streets. The brightly colored fencing is tough to miss as you drive to the hide area. Pull offs available on both ends of the walkway. No need to go below the road grade to find the cache.
