This "city of the dead" is the Saltese Cemetery. It is old, and very interesting. However, it is still vital, with some very recent graves. To me, a very moving area, and one that merits a visit.
You do not need to walk on any graves to find the cache. I believe the cache is obtainable in light to moderate snow. It is not quite handicachable. Pill bottle, between micro and small. Because the neck opening is small, you may need tweezers to extract the baggie containing the log. You will need a pen.
