This can (I'm not saying you may) be reached going North or South on the 395, lots of parking, you can drive straight through.
Rubys Treasure ammo can was stolen so this is a less desirable Tool Box, its big. I guess the Tool Box was desirable because it was stolen. Replaced with a coffee camoed container.
