The cache is not at the posted coordinates.
One of the oldest cemetary's in Dover. A beautiful location along Silver Lake. Please respect the area and enjoy it's beauty.

Judge Herbert G. Cochran served as a Judge in Norfolk, VA. As a Judge for the Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court, his life was dedicated to the cause of social justice. Using the infomation found below and on his plot, you will be able to locate Stage 2.

Judge Cochran was born on April 15, A8B5 and Died on Nov 17, 19CD
