Phillip's Geocache Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

jeffgamer: I am very sad to have to archive this cache. With a 40% favorite rate, I'd want to keep it going forever. However, I came to check on it today and the place whereit has long resided has now been sealed over...the hiding spot is no longer even remotely viable. SIGH

At least it's brother geocache, "Phoenix #3", which was inspired by this cache, is still around.

Rest in peace, Phillip's Geocache.

Geocache Description:

So my SAT teacher, Dr. Jeff, challenged the class to try to solve his "Educachin'" puzzle geocache, since it's based on SAT problems. Three of the kids in my class...Peggy, Alladim, and I...solved it, so he offered the three of us an additional opportunity to create a geocache hide that we would place through his GC account. Peggy and I have been competitive throughout the class, so when Peggy decided to make one that fit her name, I just HAD to do likewise. I've been joking about my name sounding like "Fill Up" since I was five years old, so I decided to use that. This microcache is hidden in the back of a shopping center my parents visit at least once a week. Sometimes they come here to "fill up" their gas tanks (the prices here tend to be on the lower end of the area), and sometimes we stop here to "fill up" our bellies (I LOVE the arepas at the nearby restaurant). So come on down and try your hand at my geocache! Perhaps it can help to "fill up" your caching calendar!!
