Geocache Description:

A new addition to the Cache Gauntlet. This cache is located near the entrance to one of several mine shafts in the area. This one happens to be horizontal entrance, but be advised there are several other "vertical" entrances in the area.

My dad and I stumbled upon this area probably over 20 years ago. Not much has changed out here in that time. Just a cool old place to explore. Something else that has not changed is the presence of large rattlesnakes in these hills and canyons. They have always been here and will not be leaving anytime soon, so please use caution.

This cache is a micro with no room for trades, so remember to BYOP. Should not be hard for a cacher with any experience. As I mentioned before, there are several mine shafts, keep that in mind if you go exploring. Enjoy!.
