For gold rush miners it was dry and hard work. And so was the job for the Irish engineer - under time pressures - who built the Number 7 reservior for Bendigo to have its own water supply. It was a rocky race, but he finished it and like all sensible people went a bit beyond. Our first cache hide, in a nice location.
