This cache is a replacement for the original Aylmer Fair Grounds cache GC3H97T that kept getting stolen and is approximately 43 metres from the original, but since this is a different type of cache, I decided to archive the original and go with a new cache. The caches placed on the Fairgrounds have been placed there with the kind permission of the East Elgin Fair Board. Aylmer fair has been around since the 1800`s bringing fun and laughter to the people of Aylmer and Malahide. Through many different venues and shows, we show the history and heritage of our great area. Depending on the time of year, you may have to use extreme stealth in the area. The Aylmer Fair is usually held during the second week in August, so the area could be a very busy place with muggles at that time.
