Quick park n grab on your way through pallara
The Oxley wedge has been approved for at least 6,000 new dwellings in the next few years. As you look over the vast expanse here imagine what it will look like in a few years time. It's an interesting location as there's a medical waste treatment facility just down the road and the big BCC waste transfer area across the road. There have been air monitoring systems set up periodically in this paddock before final approval if the site for development.
I've seen quite a few hot air balloons land in this paddock or nearby parks over the years. If you're here on a still day quite early in the morning, you may be lucky as well.
