This is a hunting area, so you must be cautious during duck hunting season. Cache is a short distance east of Carter Road.

Calton Swamp Wetland Complex

A prime example of Ontario wetland, the CSWC has been managed over the past few decades by CCCA in partnership with the Ministry of Natural Resources. Located near the Hamlet of Calton, the Complex is home to some of Canada’s most endangered species and hikers are cautioned not to stray from the trail.
