[ENG] Cache is placed at the interesting object - a monument, that was well cared for during my childhood - soviet era. Today it's just there, and looks like forgotten. To find out what it stands for, check it out. Cache name tells for it self :)
The cahce is not in the monument!Do not touch it, as it's in a bad shape already.
