Geocache Description:

Home to the largest Irish breeding population of Reed Warblers, Ballyvergan Reedbeds are the most extensive in the southern coastline.

The West End of the reedbeds is a great birdwatching location, and has its own lookout (not always open, but you can just stand by the side of it and with a bit of stealth enjoy the sights immediately before you). In addition to the Reed Warblers, you will also see Sedge Warblers, Reed Bunting, Mute Swan, Sand Martin, Marsh Harrier, Water Rail, Blue Tit, Starling, Swallow and Wren.

The cache is a small camoflagued stone.
