This cache is a small film canister containing log in a sealable bag. Please bring your own pen. Please replace cache as found with it's disguising items and beware of nearby golfing muggles. PLEASE ALSO NOTE THAT ADDERS HAVE ON OCCASION BEEN SPOTTED NEAR THIS CACHE - SEARCH CAREFULLY!
Park at the eastern end of The Esplanade on the seafront - spot the Martello Tower with it's small museum as you come past.
Follow the path up the hill and as you climb higher you will be rewarded with spectacular views in every direction. Once you've found the cache carry on to the top of Seaford Head for the best views. Carry on a bit further and the famous Seven Sisters will come into sight.
Please supervise children near the cliff edge and keep dogs on leads at all times. Do not be tempted to peer over or go near the edge - it can give way without warning!
