A wonderful example of early architecture
Lorenz lived around the Bathurst and Orange areas before heading south to Tumbarumba where he built two wonderful cottages, stone masonry was one of his many skills. Stories of his life can read at the cottages – he certainly was a most interesting and entrepreneurial gentleman. Direct descendents of Lorenz still live in the Tumbarumba region today.
