Gemini Arcade Palace is an arcade in Las Vegas which specializes in dance, music, & rhythm games.
Congratulations to whtwolfden for being the FTF!
The arcade opened in 2010 and closed April 22, 2013. It had many regulars, especially among young men. The arcade collected MANY dance machines, but they also had other games too, all of which were at reasonable prices.
Occasionally they had special events like lock-ins and Smash Brothers Tournaments. Like the Pinball Hall of Fame (GC2AMJK by De5er7F0x), which inspired this cache, the arcade machines ran on quarters.
Why the name ‘Gemini’? According to their website: “The idea is in sharing something you love with someone you love… making it twice as fun!!”
The cache is placed in front of the former arcade. It used to be in close proximity to the Crescent School Of Gaming & Bartending. Unfortunately the cache disappeared too many times to keep it there.
I left some quarters to try out the arcade. Also included as tradable is a classic token (the arcade accepts quarters, not tokens).
BYOP.
