You are looking for a small bison holding a log only. Thanks. REMEMBER TO ALWAYS CARRY YOUR OWN WRITING IMPLEMENT WHEN YOU GEOCACHE. MANY CACHE OWNERS DELETE LOGS ON THE CACHE PAGE IF THE LOG IN THE CACHE IS NOT SIGNED.
This cache is located near to some graves of the local indigenous people of the area. It is NOT located at, or on, any of the actual graves. The cemetery was opened: 1864 - 1964, and there are 13 graves here. This cemetery is in memory of the Aboriginals and Islanders of the Tweed River district 1864 - 1964
Please be aware of the significance of this location, as with all graveyards and cemeteries, and be respectful and act appropriately.
There is a pathway through to the beach beside the graveyard and it is worthwhile walking up the path and view the lovely beach and coastline.
Happy caching,...........
