Geocache Description:

 ENGLISH

The cache is not at the coordinates! To find it you need to decide mystery.

The building of INTERPRED - World Trade Centre Sofia was built at the beginning of the 1980s and it was a perfect sample of modern architecture in the city.Architects: Prof. architect Vladimir Romenski, architect Ivan Yankov.

The main contractor of the construction was the company Ocisa - Spain with the participation of several Bulgarian construction organizations.

It was built on an area of 3 500 sq.m. and it covers 34 000 sq.m. of total floor area, of which the rentable space is about 12 750 sq.m. The building consists of two bodies 10-storey each with a warm connection between them. There are three underground levels with an underground parking lot for 150 cars. The guarded outdoor parking lot holds 170 cars.

Сградата на "ИНТЕРПРЕД – Световен Търговски Център София" е построена в началото на 80-те години от миналото столетие и e представлявала съвършен образец за модерна архитектура в столицата.Архитекти: Проф. арх. Владимир Роменски, арх. Иван Янков.

Главен изпълнител на строителството е фирма “Осиса” – Испания с участието на редица български строителни организации.

Построена е върху 3 500 кв.м и има 34 000 кв.м разгъната площ, от която под наем се отдават около 12 750 кв.м. Сградата се състои от две тела по 10 етажа всяко с топла връзка между тях. Съществуват три подземни нива, където е разположен паркинг с капацитет за 150 автомобила. Откритият охраняем паркинг е с капацитет за 170 автомобила.
