"409" represents National Road 409. A national highway of Japan that connects Takatsu-ku, Kawasaki to Narita, Chiba, with a total length of 119.3 km. It is also composed of "Fuchu Kaido", a Kanagawa Prefectural Road Route 9/ Tokyo Metropolitan Road Rout 9. This prefectural road connects Kawasaki Ward, Kawasaki City, Kanagawa Prefecture and Fuchu City, Tokyo Metropolis. It has it roots from the Edo Era. Not a lot of history left to see but enjoy this cache instead.
