Geocache Description:

Dashing Rocks, Timaru, South Canterbury

This is my first hide, hope everyone enjoys it. This cache is on the Dashing Rocks track, which is a 20-30 minute loop track which follows eroding cliffs, north of Caroline bay. It is a great place to view Caroline bay and Port of Timaru, it is also a great place to watch the sun rise and see the city light at night. Be careful with young ones as there are a few unfenced cliffs.
This is a busy track with local runner, walkers & dogs, so stealth is very important. Do not go over safety fences & no need to stray far off track. The cache is 0 metres visible.
When cache is found please reclose container while signing so it is not visible to passing muggles.

The cache has a log and a pensil, sorry no room for collectables.
