You are expected to physically sign the log sheet in order to log your find on-line.
The cache is at the final waypoint. The difficulty rating on this cache is set partially based on the qualifications of the challenge. The cache itself is relatively straightforward. The cache container has been repurposed from QOF#6 - Quick Office Find #6.
It seems that most of the challenges are on the east side, not always an easy side trip to make for me. I thought it was time there were a few more challenge caches on the west side. I also thought it would be good to have some different types.
The challenge here is around filling in the Difficulty / Terrain Matrix. It's tough enough just locating 4.5 and 5.0 rated caches to go looking for let alone finding them. This challenge focuses on getting part way there by completing all of the combinations starting with 1.0 up to and including the 4.0 ones. That amounts to 7 X 7 = 49 caches out of 81 for just about 60%, hence the name. It seemed appropriate to rate this a 4.0 difficulty.
The Logging Requirements:
- Find a cache in each of the Difficulty / Terrain combinations starting with 1.0 up to an including all of the 4.0 combinations. This cache does NOT count towards that goal.
- You will need to find 49 different caches.
- All cache types count, including events
- Sign and date the log individually.
- Post qualification as described in the listing below within one week of logging.
- Qualification needs to occur before finding the cache. “Prefinding” of this cache is not allowed.
- Any logs not following the requirements above will be deleted.
You can demonstrate your qualification through several means. You could post a link to published statistics with a sufficiently completed matrix. You could also post a screenshot of said matrix. Less ideal would be to create a bookmark list or to post a text listing, although that would certainly boost your average words per log count.
