I found this place by mistake actually but when I thought it'd be a nice place to hide a cache I went looking for a good spot. Interesting enough I fell upon a unique tombstone structure with an amazing history. I remember reading about it in my 6th grade history class.
GENTRY, FREDERICK BROWDER (1810–1897). Frederick Browder Gentry, soldier, was born in Williamson County, Tennessee, on January 10, 1810. He moved to Texas in 1832, settled in Washington County, and during the Texas Revolution served as a private in Capt. William W. Hill's Company H of Col. Edward Burleson's First Regiment, Texas Volunteers, at the battle of San Jacinto. Gentry married Rebecca Barnett, daughter of George W. Barnett, a signer of the Texas Declaration of Independence, and they settled in Hamilton County in 1856. As a lieutenant, Gentry commanded the Hamilton County minute detachment for frontier defense in 1860. He died on April 10, 1897, and was buried in the Graves-Gentry Cemetery at Hamilton. He had been an active member of the Texas Veterans Association. I hid the cache near his burial site. I used a camo container that I hid under a porcelain sheepshead, (Hince the name) Enjoy!
