The Year end party in Toyota Aichi Japan is invited.
The event is executed by two composition.
1st(day time): Geocache hunting.
We welcome the geocaching beginner's participation.
We will inform you of the departure point in consideration of caches that has discovered the participant.
Start: 9:00( or 10:00) -
2nd(Night time): The year end party in Toyota (Japanese Enkai)
Let’s talk about the geocaching and deepen the Geocacher's friendship.
Let's change TBs and the Geocoins by the participant.
Enjoy eating drinking and speaking.
We planning BINGO, so please bring a thing (not expensive but related to geocaching) for prize.

Access from Meitetsu Toyotashi Sta. : Ride Meitetsu bus on 16:35 from 4th stand bound for Toyotakinenbyoin and get off at Imachoicchome (15th bus stop).
Access from Aichi Loop Line Mikawa-toyota Sta. : Ride Meitetsu bus on 16:48 bound for Toyotakinenbyoin and get off at Imachoicchome (5th bus stop).
Fee: 4,000Yen for adult, 2500Yen for child (12 and under) (Free drink free foods for 2 hours)
Please inform us of each attendance and the number of people of the 1st and 2nd, if you hope for participation.
The attendance answer is assumed to be a deadline, Dec 20 AM12:00.

忘年会（豊田会場）のお誘いです。
イベントは以下のように２部構成で実施します。
●第一部：ジオキャッシング
初心者大歓迎、やってみたいけどまだ一度もというあなた！
この際だからやってみましょう。
9:00(または10:00)スタートで宴会開始時間まで数班に分かれてキャッシュを捜索します。
コースは希望先によって決定&班分けいたします。
Will Attendいただいた方に直接メッセージさせていただきます。
●第二部：忘年会
今年のハントの思い出を語りおおいに宴会しましょう
TBやジオコインの交換をしましょう。
ジオキャッシャー同士の親睦を深めましょう。
また余興としてビンゴ大会も予定していますので各自1点ずつ景品をご準備ください。
（高価なものは避けてください。ジオキャッシングに関係するものですと盛り上がります）

会費：大人￥4,000-、小学生以下￥2,500-（2時間飲み放題、食べ放題）
参加ご希望の方は、第一部、第二部それぞれの出欠と人数をお知らせ下さい。
誠に申し訳ありませんが申し込みは会場手配の都合により12/20 AM12:00締め切りとさせて頂きます。
