Crawlin Cacher showed us this interesting location off of Coxey Truck Trail the last time we were in the area. A pretty cool location that needed a cache, and now there's one near the spring. You are looking for a small, camoed plastic container with some trade items...BYO writing stick.

The sign says "RATTLESNAKE SPRING 1860's", and the short trail takes you to a strange "gate" (a bar with a latch, really), and to what looks like a livestock watering spot fueled by a spring. Take a break and enjoy the old spring! Be sure to watch for the critters that call this area home...remember, you are the visitor!
